Remember R&B star Tweet who sang "Oops (Oh My)"?

She says she may bring legal action against Twitter for stealing her name.

"I was here first, and they took everything that I brought to the table," the singer tells AHH.com. "I brought the bird, the name, and I will never change. I've been Tweet since I was a little girl. My father gave me that nickname, so no way am I changing that at all."

Tweet admits she hasn't actually filed suit against the social media giant, but says, "There is room for that."

While she's trying to get back in the spotlight for a minute, Tweet says she will drop a new album later this year.
