While most of the girls stepped out in gowns, statement jewelry and sky high heels, the guys hit the carpet in tailored suits, sneakers and leather combinations.
50 Cent hit the carpet in a grey suit with a hint of red while Tyga made a statement in a flamboyant red suit with a pair of Cheetah Print Christian Louboutin Rollerboy loafers. Meanwhile, Swizz Beatz got styled up in a tailored blue suit and Reebok Shaq Retro sneakers.
